Police Check For Non-Iranians:

Foreign nationals who have legally resided in Iran for a while, are entitled to apply for an Iranian Police Check.

To lodge an application for a Police Check to the Islamic Republic of Iran, the following document are required:

1. Completing the application form. To download the form, please click here;
2. Making the payment of 93 NZD to 389011008395701. Please include the receipt of the payment in your application;
3. Taking high resolution fingerprints from NZ Police;
4. Original copy of the passport with the validity of at least 10 months;
5. Iranian work permit or visa;
6. Three ID photos;
7. Photocopies of your documents;
8. As it might take 2 to 6 months to get the police clearance certificate, in case the applicant requires a letter confirming the timeframe, another payment of 93 NZD would be required.
9. Return self-address courier bag.

Once you have completed the steps mentioned above, they can courier the documents to the Embassy at 151 Te Anau Road, Hataitai, Wellington 6021.
